Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Nicolas has 25 years of experience in private equity. He was a Partner at PAI in charge of all investments and operations in the Business Services and Retail sectors across Europe. He was a member of the Investment Committee and the Executive Committee of the firm. He had a previous experience in strategy consulting at Bossard Consultants.

Over his career, he has been involved in over 20 transactions and 150 add-ons and led investments across a wide range of geographies and industries, with a particular focus on Business Services.

He has a long experience partnering with management and entrepreneurs in build-up strategies and international development.

Most recently, he led the acquisition by Adagia Partners of Insperial and sits on the board of the company. He also sits on the board of Minlay.

Nicolas holds a MBA from ESSEC and a master of Philosophy from la Sorbonne.
