Benoit has over 30 years of experience in the Med Tech and In vitro diagnostic sectors where he led a number of successful companies that he expanded significantly through innovation, international expansion in particular in the US and China and acquisitions. As CEO, he led the IPO of Bio Merieux on the Paris stock exchange in 2004. He has been the Chairman and CEO of Sebia during over 11 years.

He has an extensive experience of LBO, having led a total of 4 very successful transactions and served as chairman or board member of various PE owned companies.

Benoit holds a Doctorate in veterinary medicine from Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire de Nantes and completed an MBA from HEC in Paris.
