Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Nicolas has 25 years of experience in private equity. He was a Partner at PAI in charge of all investments and operations in the Business Services and Retail sectors across Europe. He was a member of the Investment Committee and the Executive Committee of the firm. He had a previous experience in strategy consulting at Bossard Consultant.

Over his career, he has been involved in over 15 transactions and 150 add-ons and led investments across a wide range of geographies and industries, with a particular focus on Business Services.

He has a long experience partnering with management and entrepreneurs in build-up strategies and international development.

Nicolas holds a MBA from ESSEC and a master of Philosophy from la Sorbonne.

Nicolas sits on the board of Minlay.
