Director

Cindy is a Director in Adagia Partners’ TechOps team, where she works alongside portfolio companies to accelerate growth and improve operational performance. She focuses on transformation, operational improvement and performance management, working closely with management teams to identify and deliver sustainable value creation opportunities.

Before joining Adagia Partners, Cindy spent over 10 years in strategy and operations consulting, advising private equity investors and corporate clients on complex transformations and performance improvement initiatives.
Her experience spans growth strategy, operating model redesign, organisational transformation, and commercial and operational performance improvement. She also has extensive experience in technology-led and digital business transformation.

Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester and pursued doctoral studies in Fluid Mechanics at the University of Cambridge.
