Sylvain has 25 years of experience in private equity. He has worked for Astorg and Montagu Private Equity where he was in charge of France, Germany, Switzerland, the Benelux and Scandinavia. He was a member of the Management Group and the Investment Committee. He had a previous experience in leverage finance at CALYON.

Over his carrier, he has been involved in over 20 transactions and led investments across a wide range of geographies and industries, with a particular focus on Healthcare and Tech Industries.

He has a strong expertise in supporting family owned businesses, innovative product roll-out and build-ups.

Most recently, he led the acquisition by Adagia Partners of Schwind eye-tech solutions, Minlay and Technoflex and sits on the board of all three companies.

Sylvain holds a MBA from ESSEC.
