Partner and COO

Katia is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Adagia. Previously, she was a Partner at PWC and has more than 20 years of experience in business and financial due diligence. She served Private Equity houses in a wide range of sectors, mainly Business Services (leading this sector for PwC France), Healthcare and infrastructure.

She led around 100 due diligence projects as a Partner across various geographies and industries. She has been working with Sylvain and Nicolas for close to two decades in due diligence, portfolio support and build-ups.

In 2017, she created the data analytics team for PwC France, with the rationale of leveraging new technologies and advanced analytics to turn complex data into insights and business intelligence throughout the entire deal lifecycle.

Katia sits on the board of Insperial.

Katia holds a MBA from EM Lyon Business School.
