Investment Manager

Charlotte is an Investment Manager at Adagia, involved in the full investment lifecycle from origination and execution of new deal opportunities to portfolio management, value creation and exit.

Prior to starting at Adagia, Charlotte was an Associate at Lauxera Capital Partners where she was part of the investment team responsible for executing and managing investments in Europe and the United States. She was actively involved in deal sourcing efforts, review of investment opportunities and portfolio management. She started her career as an operator at French HealthTech unicorn Doctolib, being one of the early employee there.

Charlotte also interned at PAI Partners. She holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School and a Business Law Degree from Panthéon Assas University.
