Adagia Partners joins forces with the management team of PatrimOne Group to accelerate the European development of the leading independent private client insurance broker

Weinberg Capital Partners sells its stake after four years of strong growth; the management team, led by Rémi Béguin and Thierry Barle, is reinvesting alongside Adagia Partners.

PatrimOne Group, the leading independent insurance broker dedicated to private clients, their professional activities and the art world, announces the signing, on 2 August 2026, of an agreement under which Adagia Partners acquires a stake in the Group alongside its management team. Weinberg Capital Partners, a shareholder since 2022, is selling its stake.

Founded in Paris in 2005, PatrimOne Group serves more than 25,000 private and professional clients, insuring their high-value assets, their personal protection and their business risks. As both broker and managing general agent, the Group works with more than fifty partner insurers and a network of leading introducers.

Since Weinberg Capital Partners’ investment in 2022, PatrimOne Group has doubled in size, reaching more than €200m in premium placed, and has expanded beyond France, notably into Belgium and Switzerland, which today account for nearly one third of its activity. The Group has more than 160 employees.

Alongside the management team, Adagia Partners will support PatrimOne Group in pursuing its development, both organically and through acquisitions, in order to build a European group of reference, capable of meeting all of its clients’ insurance needs. The integration of new areas of expertise and the development of its European operations, notably in Belgium and Switzerland, will give the Group the scale and depth required to serve a demanding clientele over the long term. Adagia Partners will contribute its experience and resources to this strategic roadmap.

We thank Weinberg Capital Partners for the quality of its support since 2022, on a human as well as a strategic level. This partnership has enabled us to scale up and, in particular, to lay the foundations of our international development. With Adagia Partners, we share a clear ambition: to build a leading independent European player in private client insurance, while remaining true to what sets us apart — strong values and a human dimension, combined with a high standard of service and recognised technical expertise, all in the service of our clients. The entire extended management team is reinvesting in the Group and approaches this new phase with the same determination and undiminished enthusiasm.

Rémi Béguin, Founder and Chairman of PatrimOne Group

We are proud of the journey accomplished with Rémi Béguin, Thierry Barle, their partners and their teams. In four years, through a model combining organic and external growth, PatrimOne Group has evolved from a reference player in France into a multi-specialist platform present in several countries, without ever compromising on the quality of service provided to its clients. Adagia Partners naturally emerged as the partner for the next stage, and we wish the Group every success going forward. Once completed, this new divestment by the WCP#3 fund will illustrate our ability to return liquidity to our investors.

Dimitri Fotopoulos, Partner, Weinberg Capital Partners

PatrimOne Group brings together everything we look for: a differentiated positioning in a demanding business, relationships of trust built over time with its clients and insurer partners, and an entrepreneurial team that has made the company, in twenty years, the leading player in its market. We are delighted to partner with Rémi Béguin, Thierry Barle and their teams to build the European leader in the sector by acquiring new firms and areas of expertise, and expanding the Group into new European countries, while preserving the culture of service that is its strength.
