Adagia Partners engages in a partnership with AGN Group and its management, a leading general planning provider and project manager

Adagia Partners is pleased to announce the signing of the acquisition of the AGN Niederberghaus und Partner GmbH (“AGN”) alongside its Management team and Niederberghaus family, the leading general planning provider with project management capabilities for the public building sectorin Germany.

This acquisition marks the fifth investment from Adagia Partners’ €1.3 billion investment platform and further strengthens its position as Franco-German Investor in its core market Germany.

Founded in 1952 with headquarters in Ibbenbüren, North-Rhine Westphalia, AGN delivers acomprehensive range of services including general planning, project management, and technicalbuilding equipment engineering over specific asset classes (schools, hospitals, special purposebuildings such as fire stations, etc). The company primarily serves public clients (c.75% of sales). With16 locations nationwide and a track record of over 1,000 public sector projects, AGN has established itself as a trusted partner for complex building projects and revitalization programs.

Over the last 7 years, with the support of Armira, AGN has strengthened its position as one of the leading general planning and project management firms through organic growth and selected M&A toexpand its technical capabilities and geographical coverage.

AGN and its Management team aim to continue now that successful journey with the support of Adagia Partners to further strengthen its strategic position as a trusted partner to the public market with Germany wide coverage, actively participate to the consolidation of a very fragmented market and extend further its state-of-the art capabilities regarding use of technology.

Closing of the transaction is expected for Q3 2025. The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
